Fall Minis 2026

Fall minis are a quick little pause in the middle of a very full season. Fifteen minutes to hold your people close, let the kids move, let the dog be ridiculous if they’re coming along, and get the photos before everyone is buried under sports schedules, school events, pumpkin patch plans, and the slow march toward holiday-card panic. Each fall location has its own feel, from pumpkins to sunrise light to golden fields and wooded color, so you can choose the version of fall that feels most like your family.

The Mini Session  Questions

What is a Mini Session?

Minis are short, themed with a special set or location in mind that focuses on your family’s love. They take place throughout the year only on select dates and time slots.

What happens if it rains?

Each mini session has a scheduled rain date built in, and that date will be listed when you book. If weather requires us to reschedule, your session will automatically move to the rain date.

If your family cannot attend the rain date, you may apply your retainer to another mini session taking place within six months, put it toward a full session scheduled on a date we choose together, or forfeit the retainer. Because mini sessions are offered on limited dates with back-to-back time slots, I’m not able to offer individual makeup dates.

Who can participate?

Because of the short time frame, minis are ideal for couples, seniors, siblings, or immediate families- no extended family.

Why are some mini sessions more expensive than others?

There are a lot of variable factors that play into mini sessions. Generally, cost is raised for mini sessions with a lot of overhead (location rental, sets, assistants, etc), and/or mini sessions that are in high demand.

What should we wear to our minis?

All of my families have exclusive access to Style + Select- my virtual styling service that takes all the guesswork out of purchasing your outfits.

Do I get to choose which images I want from my gallery?

YES! I deliver to your email a custom gallery with ALL of the best images for YOU to choose your favorite 5 from to download with printing rights. Can’t decide? Upgrades are available!

Are there mini sets set up for these sessions?

It depends on the setting and the vibe I'm dreaming each time- I always aim for an joyful mix of natural candid + portraiture- a little something for everyone.

Are there any discount options for your sessions?

If you book 3 sessions with me in the same calendar year, ALL of your sessions will automatically receive an all image upgrade.
