These sessions are for every wild, wobbly, wonder-filled milestone along the way. From gummy grins to cake-covered fingers, we’ll bottle up this season before it slips through your fingers.

Whether you’re marking a birthday, capturing a new milestone, or just want to remember exactly what this chapter looked like… these sessions are full of personality. You bring the kiddo (and maybe a favorite lovey or two), and I’ll take care of the rest.

These milestone sessions are made for you. To celebrate first birthdays, sitting up unassisted, or even sweet moments like breastfeeding. I’ll keep things laid-back and baby-led, with plenty of space to play, snack, nurse, or take breaks. The goal isn’t perfection- it’s presence. Because the most meaningful photos come when your child feels safe, seen, and free to be exactly who they are.

Every Indianapolis Milestone collection includes a full proofing gallery with all the best images from your session. Why? Because when it comes to your child, no moment is too small to treasure. You’ll also receive a custom slideshow so you can relive this beautiful chapter again and again.

Love them all? You'll have the option to upgrade your gallery to include every image. And when you book any three sessions within a year, you'll automatically receive a full gallery upgrade for all three sessions.

This is the milestone session with room to breathe. Designed for parents who want to slow down and soak up the season, this session gives us the flexibility to include the people who matter most, snuggled in close with your baby.

It’s perfect for first birthdays, 6-month sessions, or any milestone moment you want to celebrate with your whole heart. We’ll capture classic portraits, sweet family candids, and all the beautifully chaotic in-between moments.

You’ll walk away with a heartfelt gallery full of personality, connection, and love, the kind of images that get printed, passed down, and pulled out for years to come.

We’ll start with a maternity session to document the quiet before the storm, followed by newborn, 6-month, and 12-month sessions that unfold like chapters in your baby’s story. Each session includes the full gallery of images (because how could you ever choose just 30)? It’s the ultimate time capsule for the sweetest (and wildest!) year of your life.

The most popular choice for one-year sessions and smaller moments. This session allows more space to play and explore your child’s personality. The Questions & The Answers

What age milestones do you photograph?

If it’s a season in your life, I’m there to photograph it. Most clients consider sitter (6–9 months), first birthday, cake smash, toddler years, and yearly updates.

Where do milestone sessions take place?

The sky’s the limit when it comes to milestone ideas! The most popular spots are typically in your home, in my home studio space, or outdoors at playful spots in Indianapolis, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, and Zionsville.

Do milestone sessions include parents + Siblings too?

It depends on the session type you are interested in booking. Keepsake collections sessions are meant to be child only, (unless you’re doing a breastfeeding/mommy and me shoot) however, if you’re booking multiple in a year, or booking a wholehearted session, I allow some wiggle room for family + siblings

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends usually book 3–6 weeks ahead. Fall sessions can go even faster, so plan 3 months out. Keepsake Collections are weekday only, and because of that, tend to have more scheduling flexibility.

How many outfits should we plan for milestone photos?

 One or two outfits is best- kids stay happier and galleries stay consistent. A favorite toy, book, or blanket is always welcome.

What time do you usually photograph outside lifestyle sessions?

Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the season. Busy fall dates may lean toward the longer side, but I’ll keep you updated.
